DRACULA NOTEBOOKS Stoker’s handwritten Dracula notebooks were sold to Sotheby's in 1913 ( now held in the Rosenbach Museum). The novel is the result of 7 years research. The page where he works out the attributes of his vampire is endlessly fascinating for writers & scholars.

SATURDAY is the best day of the week for staking according to folklore; It's the time that vampires must sleep in their graves or tombs and thus they can be found and dispatched; persons born on a Saturday can possess powers against the undead!!
