Good advice from Alejandro Armellini Advance HE on things to avoid. Avoid replacing F2F seminars with real-time sessions; avoid using syncrhonous to 'deliver content', avoid uploading materials with no scaffold. Instead, plan! Think context, not just content. Blend sync and async.
