Absolutely delighted to have found out this week that I have passed my BPS Stage 2 viva and therefore completed my Sport Psychology Training!! Huge thanks to Dr Robert Morris for all your support and always being at the end of the phone ☺️ 7 years in the making - a proud moment!

Delighted to have been awarded BASES Fellowship. BASES does a significant job of supporting and developing the Sport and Exercise Sciences, and it is great to play a small part in this. Congratulations to everyone else awarded Fellowship as well!

I was also delighted this week to receive news that I had completed my Master of Business Administration degree at University of Stirling and received a distinction grade. I learned a massive amount which will definitely help me in my career moving forward!
