In 1988, women in BC were sent a letter when they turned 40 encouraging them to start having mammograms. But that stopped many years ago. Now only about 25% of eligible women 40-49 attend. Time to resume sending those letters! vancouversun.com/news/local-new… via The Vancouver Sun
