This is such a good question.
Unscheduled bleeding in the context of HRT is defined as irregular bleeding which occurs after starting or changing a HRT preparation which should be “bleed free” it could be additional bleeding that you are not expecting with your irregular

More evidence GMC were aware of PAs replacing Drs

In the linked report, the GMC were explicitly told that PAs were being used to fill gaps on Drs rotas & that costings should be done to compare employing PAs over Drs
