F1 is at Monza this weekend. Only raced there once, did manage a podium finish. I didn’t actually enjoy driving the track as much as the setting. The track is in a beautiful park and the little town is lovely, all 20 mins from Milan

Second one of these seen recently. Unusual tear pattern for a 15 year old : HC tear of the MM. Repaired with hybrid suture technique, fibrin clot and marrow venting. Rule of three's for unusual cases in my practice suggest I'll see another one of these soon ....

Another case of an ACL done with what we would consider unacceptable tunnel placement, who has been very active and happy on this knee for almost 25 yrs post surgery ...
