Stephanie Sharf This is from the AAMC website. Only 18% of full professors in anesthesiology are female. I am very happy in my job AND the data tells us gender bias is everywhere. Along with a host of other biases.

Excited to share that I found out I will be promoted to full professor at Mayo Clinic!!
