Hello world! We are the MEASURE study, an NIHR Research funded study led by joy adamson and Peter Sivey at Dept Health Sciences and @CHEYork. We are evaluating the high-volume low-complexity surgical hub programme run by NHS England. Our protocol was just published:
Rachel Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICB Staffordshire Training Hub Gill Boast RN QN The Queen's Nursing Institute 3/ It’s slow progress.. but it’s progress nevertheless. We want to support our nurses into #GeneralPractice as a first career destination. 4.5% increase in recruitment into this field of nursing in last 12 months. We have such a long way to go in terms of retention ++++
I am a student SCPHN (HV) in Kent currently completing my Leadership module. For my innovation in practice I am exploring having a link HV for each #PCN . Has anyone any experience of this? Or are most HVs linked to a GP surgery rather than to the PCN?Julie RN 💙💜💛🎗 Jane Roome
