Thames Water has just paid out a dividend of £14m, despite claiming to be bankrupt and unable to pay their debts.

Their grifting theft never stops. If bills are raised 40% the debts won't be paid it will all be stolen.

The only solution is to get rid of privatisation.

The Housing Ombudsman ordered Lewisham Homes to apologise to Ms Davy for delays in repairs and pay £750 compensation for *checks notes* THIRTY YEARS of exposure to damp and mould.

Lots of freeholders want to have it two ways - they’re investors who speculate to make money but they’re also happy to argue that the state should regulate the leasehold money so their investments are guaranteed and never fluctuate …. doesn’t quite work like that
