Just spending a long weekend in the Wolds. Looking murky today but I will still try to make the most of it. Hope you've had a good day today?

It was 2 yrs ago today that I had my heart attack. Can still remember every moment, and, though I sill regret calling for an ambulance I'm still here taking the odd photo and trying to do the best I can

Thank you everyone for so many kind and lovely comments, i am rather overwhelmed by them and appreciate them. I idnt really realise how much my photos help some people. I am also very grateful for the 2nd chance of life and again, never take that for granted. Thank you so much !!

'tree ring' - This image took me a lot of thought. It had been a dull day so ideal for shooting in the woods. I went of the beaten track and came upon this. Took a while to figure out the composition that I personally thought worked best. I hope i got it right!

a final shot for tonight, hope you've had a nice day! In this I liked how the light was falling on the house and the fields round about :) it felt like I was looking across at a painting rather than a landscape

Almost forgot I had taken this last autumn, in Lister Park in Bradford! I dashed back to the car to get my wellies as I knew the best shot was from actually standing in the stream. Still, the end result turned out OK I think :)

Finally for tonight a different one for me. I was exploring the backstreets of Staithes and i was intruiged by this small old wooden door, now boarded up. With the warm light from the lamp it contrasted against the darknes of the foreground. what do you think ? Nite all!

I still do prints of my images so if ever you see an image you want a print of just ask me ! Also I do ship all over the world so that's not a problem. I personally love printing out my images, looks so much better than on a computer screen :)
