DFI CEO John Dolan spoke to the Confederal Secretary of the European Trade Union Confederation Tea Jarc about the critical issues facing Section 39 workers in Ireland at the European Disability Forum conference
Data on employers from European Disability Forum research of 27 countries showed:
- 77% were not aware of public programmes for acquiring assistive tech
- 70% do not have a standardised HR procedure on reasonable accommodation
- 75% do not have accessible recruitment policies
