Be humble. Be teachable. The universe is bigger than your view of the universe. There's always room for a new idea. Humility is necessary for growth. 🧠

Well said. Although it might seem obvious, often these foundational steps are not followed. Resulting in star players with no clear accountability, or worse yet, duplication and overlapping accountabilities in some roles while other key business activities are left unassigned.

Instead of asking to meet, ask the question you’d ask if you meet.
