Last night, @SettiWarren and Kim Janey concluded our eight session “Hi, I’m Running for Office' series with Center for Public Leadership with an inspiring conversation with Governor Deval Patrick about his 2006 grassroots campaign and how to govern with integrity and optimism.

“There would be no Mayor Warren without Governor Patrick,” former Newton, MA Mayor Setti Warren, who was elected in 2009, tells Deval Patrick. “For my city to see a Black man lead in Massachusetts…it gave me a shot.”
