One thing I learned from this story is to never ever ever need help from the Vallejo Police Department.

My boyfriend takes extra produce bags from the market when he shops so I have small bags to dump cat waste in while cleaning litter boxes.

I learned today that they call discarded clothing shipped to other countries as 'dead white man clothes'.
