BREAKING: Ohio lawmakers from both chambers and both sides of the aisle announced a measure Tuesday that would abolish the death penalty and prohibit any state funding from supporting abortion services or physician-assisted suicide.

These seven Delegates (Bloxom, Coyner, Garrett, Green, McNamara, Obenshain, Wachsmann) and three Senators (Diggs, Durant, Ebbin) voted against the proposed pro-abortion constitutional amendment and for the proposed same-sex marriage equality constitutional amendment in Virginia.
