Ms Tsorbaris, CEO of The Centre says of Labor’s SmartCard legislation: The absence of a sunset clause (unlike CDC) suggests the permanence of income management, which compromises people’s wellbeing & autonomy. It is not only a policy matter but one of ethical & moral responsibility.
