Its a bit of a tradition now that when i come back from France, I always bring some Reblouchon cheese back and make the legendary 'Tartiflette' . Here it is with some sliced French baguettes and crisp salad. Followed by a strawberry mousse cake from the Patisserie 😎

Big fish Thursday 🐟👀.
Tonights fishermans fodder, Chinese pork belly, Bao buns, red sweet pickled onion, Sriracha sauce. Mushroom fried rice, prawn crackers. 😎

Tonights very late dinner. Free range Pork chop, garlic sausage, red onion, and potato bake, creamy mushroom and Tarragon sauce. 😎

We spent a good few hours today resting our swims and fishing another part of the lake, which we had been pre baiting for a few days. I had a lovely coloured small Mirror carp of about 15lbs, i didn't bother with a pic, and i lost another one in some snags. 🫤

4mm thick smoked bacon, freshly cut straight off the belly. Scrambled eggs made with golden yolkers, double cream, and an obscene chunk of butter. Freshly made Croissant. 😎 🐷🐔🥐
