The UN Committee Against Torture has now written to the Australian Government seeking an explanation as to why its follow up report covering youth justice, immigration detention and conditions of detention in general, has not been provided (5 months overdue next week).

Until the Greens blocked this anti-refugee, visa-ban Bill the Albanese Government was planning to ram it through.
