All I was trying to do was push back on Biden’s (all but hegemonic) position that Hamas is morally beyond the pale and Bibi/Israel is not. And while the ICC’s position is bothsidesy, I would prefer a world where both Bibi and Sinwar face justice to one where neither does.

This characterization of the WaPo piece is a defamatory lie.

It did not allege “outsize influence.” It documented a specific effort by specific people to influence policy backed up by documentation and carefully noted that there was no proof that it affected policy decisions

*Biden* needs to do a better job of making the case for Biden. Letting this atrocity dominate global headlines for 7 months instead of prioritizing ending it has not been an effective way to do that. If I were a Biden surrogate I'd be angry at how much harder it's made my job.
