This week the Government changed words - when they should have changed the law.

This morning we believed we’d had a big win for Queenslanders in removing detention as a last resort.

Sadly it’s been revealed this was not the case.

Labor has not removed detention as a last resort.

If elected in October we will remove it.

Labor has reworded their provision of detention as a last resort - we will remove it.

They’ve admitted themselves it will change nothing.

We’ve got to change the laws and that means we’ve got to change the Government.

We’ve finally seen Labor’s laws & they have misled Queenslanders.

Labor has not removed their detention as a last resort provision in the Youth Justice Act.

It has been reworded.

Make no mistake - the LNP will remove detention as a last resort if Queenslanders vote for change.
