BIG update the afternoon for the Quarry Fire. There were concerns this morning over lack of air support - now 4 helicopters and an air tanker are actively fighting. Sheriff's office is calling it a game changer in this fire fight.

Chatfield Reservoir is closed to any water recreation. Here's why... the reservoir is being used by helicopters and airplanes making water dumps on the nearby Quarry Fire. They are moving QUICK, apparatus is dipping into the lake nearly every 5 minutes. Denver7 News
