We are saddened to hear of the death of our oldest member, Lion number 180 Tom Danby, who passed away on Boxing Day at his home in East Sussex. Tom was 96.
The Salford Red Devils 👹 winger was top try-scorer on the 1950 tour with 34 tries in 18 appearances, inc 6 vs Wide Bay.

Today sees the funeral of Lion Number 180 Tom Danby, who until his death on Boxing Day was the oldest living rugby international in both codes.
