Going to be tough for Woo to get deep into this game on his 80ish pitch count.

Asked for clarification on this: As I understand, Brash did not have the internal brace procedure (which is what Spencer Strider had last month).

Brash had a brace inserted at the end of TJ surgery to help reduce inflammation + allows for physical therapy to begin immediately.

Hollander said Tayler Saucedo’s MRI was very positive. Hopeful that he’ll only miss the minimum 15 days on the injured list.

Gregory Santos had a pause in his rehab program with a minor setback. He’s throwing from 60-90 feet and feels great after the 3-4 day shutdown. He will now join the team and continue his rehab with big league team.

Likely he won’t be back until July now.

Dominic Canzone will start a rehab assignment tomorrow of at least four games.

J.P. Crawford is with the team and could head out on rehab assignment this weekend or early next week.

Hollander said he had a small tear in his posterior UCL. Brash wanted to give rehab a try, but ultimately felt it needed addressing after having soreness again during his ramp up attempt.

Mariners GM Justin Hollander said Matt Brash had Tommy John surgery on Wednesday with a brace put in as well. Estimated timeline is around 12 months.
