The more I watch the more I see player development isn’t high on a lot of high school coaches philosophies. It’s now how can I get these other great players from other schools to make it look like I can develop talent.

Never allow anyone’s opinion or perception of you to affect your confidence. I’ve been told I wasn’t tall enough, big enough, qualified enough, experienced enough, not a good fit or ready, but never once have I listened. #Ap2w

I definitely don’t believe there is perfect way but last year I found a routine and it really worked for me. Kinda like finding the perfect call sheet you’ll never find it just got to find what works you as a play caller. Literally took me about 4 games last year till I found it

I’m all for kids leaving on their own when the decide they can be better in another program. But I’m starting to see a lot of coaches reaching out to kids in other programs because they can’t develop their own hallways. Makes me question your coaching ability honestly!
