Look at the urgency between each rep that coach is pushing….. stop walking up for your next rep, it ain’t a good look. Even when you are training by yourself. The game is played with urgency, so you should train with urgency

No amount of 'TOUCH THE LINE!' makes players more disciplined in a game or in life. Compliance to touch the line does not create the skill to make disciplined decisions. If you want disciplined players you must teach the skill of dynamic discipline, not routine compliance.

Some clips of Kurt Warner moving his back foot to avoid pressure.

It’s not about moving your front foot vs. your back foot. It’s about solving the problem and avoiding the sack, so move whichever foot first that needs to be moved.

Danny Schaechter 🏝️🏈🐾 Fall pads/crash pads are critical and help get drills done faster. They also are a clear visual for players about what drill(s) will be conducted in a certain area. I think young players need some visuals before practice to help them have awareness of what they will be doing.
