NSP and Omaha Police Dept are seeking public help in locating Jason Davenport, 42, of Council Bluffs, who shot at law enforcement, took a hostage, and fled a scene in a gray Ford Fusion with Iowa plates.

Davenport is 6'3' and weights around 170 to 200 lbs. If you see him, call 911
