Vitaly Stakhov πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦ Ldl is a carrier of cholesterol, not cholesterol and calling it bad is marketing phraseology likely developed by statin producers. Ldl is necessary for the body to function and not inherently bad or good.

Agree on what you say. However, we humans can operate perfectly fine with low LDL levels (call it particles, lower LDL-p, or even apob).

We need to become more effective at removing those particles from circulation.
