Can you spot the problems with this strength assessment? 1 = SLACK ➡️Artefact in your data ➡️Artificially inflated measures of strength ⚠️Remove the slack from the system (ideally not by pretensioning the muscle) What else can you spot? For more dynamometry help & info check
