Jill Scott has the people seething this morning. I am convinced that some of you never held genuine abolitionist politics nor fully believed in restorative justice. Once a “criminal,” forever a criminal, even the children. 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ #jillscott #ChrisBrown
J. Thibodeaux This is a very dangerous use of “restorative justice.” RJ requires the consent/intentional participation of those involved in harm. There is no RJ where the abuser can’t even admit they abused, and are let seeking to be better. Pls don’t use RJ to defend unrepentant abusers.
