Diets are winding down in the next two months, so here’s a early gaining phase tip: If you can see your abs, don’t loose TOTAL sight of them. Sure, there are cases where it’s needed to gain enough size but overall it’s not necessary.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO GET FAT WHILE…

If you are skinny fat, stop fasting. You need to build some muscle first. You need to learn how to lift and eat. This helps you lean you out and grow.
