Every 3 to 6 months we were required to learn and relearn protected classes & and groups plus protected bases under EEO.
In All that time, I NEVER heard, read, or was quizzed on 'Rural White Boys' 👦 🤔

Most farmers work/farm well into their 70s. I can't even imagine the changes in agriculture my grandson will see in the next 70 years.
But I do know this....his dad & I teaching him to run a shovel will be an evergreen skill.
