Was always puzzled by critiques of the show that said Jerry couldn’t act — like sure, but his detached delivery was a feature not a bug. It gave you stuff like “…who is this?” and “that’s a shame.” But put him in a movie and it’s like an Olympic swimmer asked to throw a shot put
