Find the dog owner. The seal pup has died.

Julie Smith @WildlifeOrphan1 Soooo sick of all the irresponsible dog owners around. Of course there are many who are responsible but this sort of thing seems to be happening more and more. Makes me SO angry. Is the dog owner in any of the pics?

Naomi Julie Smith @WildlifeOrphan1 This is just an awful story. How sad and easily avoidable. We really need to be looking after our dogs correctly for all of our sakes.
