Today was sold delicious bottle raspberry cordial by proficient 8 year old salesman Ardross Farm . East Neuk who was manning sample table. This is the conversation. 1. Would you like to sample some local cordial? 2. What size of bottle would you like? 3. Here it is. Love that sales style.

Wood burning stoves on new builds banned. This is absolutely bonkers. Missed this consultation. Many rural homes heated with sustainable wood grown on farms & crofts. Keeps costs down. Key part of rural self catering experience. Mairi Gougeon

Beautiful presentation of food on the plate, Scotch lamb last night at The Drovers Inn, Memus, Angus. All the food was delicious, staff 1st class. Highly recommend a meal here.
