I witnessed a student get inappropriate messages from a manager , reported it reply was he’s a nice man going through a rough time ! Really! Still in post!
Bullying from some management is a must in the criteria for the job! They all need sacking !

The invite is there purely to protect the reputation of the senior management structure. My professional guidance to both callers is to get out, taking on the corrupt structure at this particular NHS Trust is not worth your mental or physical health. Psychological safety!

GM Lovely folk. 2 calls this week from senior NHS Clinicians both from the same Trust. One is being invited to exit the Trust after reporting bullying behaviour. The same bully who is protected by senior Trust leads. Speaking out comes at a cost, your employment. Shameful.

The reality ? this particular Trust is run by a small number of people who protect each other by silencing anyone who dares to challenge how they behave. Sooner or later ,rather like the Post Office they will be found out and held to account. I live in Hope I see this occur.
