PTSDGuts Nuclear is the clearly superior option at this point, for virtually all countries. Even the toxic waste it produces can be usable as a fuel source in some types of reactors. Nuclear energy is far clear, and with today’s technology it is considerably safer. Look up mini reactors.

It also has the nice side effect of giving radiation poisoning to the survivors.
