Today, we explored the crucial topic of gender integration in the Grand Bargain. We discussed:
Successes: How Women-Led Organizations & Women's Rights Organizations have made a significant impact in promoting gender equality and empowering women and girls.

What worked: Effective strategies and approaches that have led to positive change.
Areas for improvement: Challenges and gaps that need to be addressed to ensure gender equality is at the forefront of humanitarian action.

Key takeaway: WLOs and WROs must be positioned as leaders and decision-makers in the Grand Bargain to ensure gender integration is meaningful and effective.
