70 years after Brown, our schools are still separate and unequal. When wealthy predominantly white districts have librarians and libraries but the vast majority of CPS - Chicago Public Schools do not, we still have work to do.

Love that Chicago Teachers Union members along with our Financial Secretary, Maria Moreno, ran into Governor JB Pritzker and we all agree that closing corporate tax loopholes is necessary to fund the schools and vital services all our students deserve.
