I expect this will easily be the most expensive (maybe #1) apartment building in CLT.

Watching transit riders stand anywhere — literally anywhere they can — to try to shelter themselves during a hail storm is heartbreaking. Charlotte Area Transit System, #MarcusJones City of Charlotte, any sales tax increase must include even the most basic shelter.
