Crispin and Dinger from the Sacramento River Cats joined Parkway students this morning for Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day! Students, staff and families marched in solidarity to campus in honor of Ruby Bridges’ historic walk 63 years ago.
Today Harvey Green Elementary participated in the Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day to recognize the courage and bravery Ruby Bridges showed by integrating a segregated school in 1960 when she was only six years old.
