On 14/05 we have a 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work training. This is the entry level first Aid qualification which meets the HSE requirements for low risk environments.

Thanks to colleagues from LCH NHS Trust who had their team away day with us helping to get our raised beds in our polytunnels ready for growing. Away days really help us keep on top of a whole range of tasks from animal welfare activities, gardening & improving parts of our site.
Thank you to the Lord Mayor of Leeds 2023-24, Cllr Al Garthwaite Al Garthwaite for visiting our youth session this evening and speaking to our young people. They provided an overview of the CATCH journey and a tour of our facilities. An opportunity to showcase their hard work, commitment and volunteering.
120 hay bales delivered and loaded into the barn by our young volunteers. This will keep us going into the Summer months… we are always looking for donations of hay or straw bales… so please let us know if you can help… #EducationalFarm
Costy and Denis got to see the Giant's Live European Strongest Man competition. Some fantastic athletes and outstanding down-to-earth role models. They also met Tom Stoltman inspiring their fitness ambitions. Thanks to Gary Beasley team for giving our guys a tremendous night.
Henna painting this evening as part of our #HealthyHolidays session. Our young people took pride in creating their own temporary creative designs. Henna is a traditional art form that has been practiced in Asia, the Middle East and parts of Africa for hundreds of years.
