It's great to log into Twitter for the first time in months to see people are *still* arguing about realism in IR and about citation practices in econ.

Makes it all the easier to log off again for another few months.

Ah! Neat paper. It's figuring out the incentive-effect of rewarding journals with prestige for low acceptance rates (this is something we do in philosophy). The result argued for is: it pushes journals to/selects for journals who do worse peer review....
