My Uncle Duane, an MSU grad from the mid-1980s, died a week ago today from cancer. 59-years-old, great athlete, ran a marathon in every US state. Some even after a cancer diagnosis. Funeral is at the same time as the welcome home Monday. I like to think that was kinda for him.
