Nice little random Friday night 5k

Been a slightly challenging week but I’ve got good support and coping mechanisms to help pick me up!

So glad I got out today… severely lacking motivation at the moment but getting a 20min run in and a coffee has turned it around!

Just over 7 weeks before my next big challenge and I need to get my ass in gear!!
