Cakes week 1 in Culinary! “Clients” requested children’s book themed cakes from partner groups.
Students will be judged on the cake flavor and finished/decorated appearance based on the connections to the book.

Week 1- Name, truck design, and menu
Week 2- Pricing and Business Plan Pitch to judges
Week 3- Top 3 pitches get to cook/make their item in the flavor competition!
5th period trucks- What’s Shakin’, Petite Fille Francais, and I Scream Waffle

Dehydrating in Culinary and Lemon Supreme Coach Q demo/practice! Testing out fruit leather roll ups this week. Tested some dried fruit last week. Lemon/citrus desserts tomorrow
