Hard agree. I had a conservative guest speaker visit my politics of public education class at Yale this fall and he was so shocked by the warm and interested welcome he received that he asked me if they were faking it

Eager to hear what my college students who are sitting out the protests make of them. Would they join them if they could? (My students are in prison where protests are frowned upon)

Pretty clear that the only appropriate place to hold a protest is in the past.
