I continue to see criticism of enforcement of mobile phone use (distraction) whilst in stationary traffic. Below are findings covering this issue which clearly demonstrate the increased risk (which I know can be fatal). Can we now focus criticism towards the phone using driver?!

Great to see the clear prioritisation, by design, of pedestrian and cycling lane at the junction so that drivers know they have to slow down and should expect people crossing. We need this to be the standard.
