HankHeIl they'll say the exact dosage of both ingredients is a 'proprietary' formula, backed by extensive research. lol. this shit is rampant in horticultural/ag products too. Just add simple adjuvant to increase uptake slightly so they can still make profit off generic chemicals

Jill McBain HankHeIl Same as melatonin. The effective (micro)dose is patented and expensive so people buy the high dosage one that causes sleep disorder

Locus Walker Jill McBain HankHeIl Every time I tell someone I take kids melatonin they tell me how they need 10+ mg to get even a little drowsy, and I die a little inside.

Locus Walker Gwynne ๐Ÿ‡ Jill McBain HankHeIl I was taking like 8mg of melatonin to no effect and feeling terrible- my Dr told me to switch to a children's dose and it got so much better. It's wild.

Michelle S The Existential Biker @aleighwhite Comrade Cat โš”๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฎ๐Ÿ›ธ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ birdie Locus Walker Gwynne ๐Ÿ‡ Jill McBain HankHeIl just for a frame of reference, ~0.3mg is what the average brain makes per night. it varies of course, but taking 3 mg might be 10x one nightโ€™s sleep. afaik thereโ€™s no need for anyone to take 12 or 25 mg ever, and doing so will make your body stop producing it for efficiency
