My very dear friend and a scholar I admire, Olivia Woolley, published this excellent, first of its kind, textbook on renewable energy law with Hart Publishing The book is extremely thorough (wouldn’t expect less from Olivia) and offers classroom case studies for each topic!
This seminar design Joy Twemlow (she/her) developed changed how students approached the whole module, and probably their degree.
It gets them to recognise and share their own critical perspective on the law. In a non-scary manner.
And it is so much fun.
