According to this clickbait story when DWP tested bank surveillance 63,000 (9%) of the 713,000 accounts checked were in breach of the rules, (and this is the bit I find really difficult to believe) with the average balance being £50,000. uk.news.yahoo.com/dwp-checks-63-…
